Jack Mauriello's fight against Pancreatic Cancer

Never in a million years would we think that our father, Jack Mauriello who has forever been “strong as a bull” will suddenly need to be fighting for his own life. Mid October, 2022 Jack was diagnosed with Stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer and immediately started his first round of Chemotherapy on his Birthday, October 26th. Just two weeks after, Jack and his fiancé, Lisa were married and together as husband and wife vowed to fight Jack’s cancer together.

After much convincing and asking our Father and Lisa to put pride aside, together as siblings we are asking for financial help in order to cover medical expenses that are quickly adding up. With chronic back issues and a knee replacement over the summer, Jack never slowed down and continued working. Unfortunately it was time to hang up his tools and let his body rest and fight. Our wish with this financial help will allow Lisa to work when and if she is able. This would give her the ability to be Jack’s home caretaker and advocate as he would never be able to do this without her.

Jack is currently scheduled for a 5th round of Chemotherapy pending his last PET Scan with an uncertain, long road ahead of him.
