Medical expenses for Robie (Sticker) LeBouef

Hello everyone; our names are Amy and Robie LeBouef Jr. We’re creating this Go Fund Me for our dad, Robie (Sticker) LeBouef Sr; in hopes of helping him with bills and medical treatment. He is a type ll diabetic, he has high blood pressure, as well as hypothyroidism. In august of 2022 he had Covid. Recently, he started with some medical issues which we have found out is a result of Covid 19. He went to the doctor for his regular checkup after having Covid and found out his kidney function was at 38%. He was sent to a kidney specialist. Within 6 weeks his function dropped to 13%. This meant he was in acute kidney failure. He was admitted to Thibodaux Regional, and released after a few days of testing and lots of fluids. He then began IV treatments to try and bring his kidney function higher. We’ve had some success, but not much. A list of his most recent diagnosis are; Chronic kidney disease with acute kidney failure, crescentic glomerulonephrits with nephrotic syndrome, MPA vasculitis, interstitial lung disease, drop foot, and stenosis of the throat, for which he’ll have to see a specialist in Baton Rouge for. It seems like the list of diagnosis gets longer each visit. He was a boat captain for many years, and also is a truck driver. He has been unable to work due to this for quite some time. Doctors are unsure if he’ll be able to return to work at all. He has little help from disability, but it doesn’t come close to paying all of his bills. The doctor bills, the medication, it all just keeps stacking up. Please, even if you can only send $1, it would be appreciated!
