Medical Expenses for Salazar Family

On January 22, 2024 the Salazar Family encountered a day in which they will never forget. Valentin Salazar, developed a blood clot in the brain which later progressed to a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack). He was immediately transported to Seton hospital in Kyle, TX. However, due to lack of specific machinery that was required for his condition he had to be rushed by EMS to Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, Tx. There, Valentin experienced a very invasive brain surgery and was immediately placed in Neurocritical care in the ICU unit at Dell Seaton. Valentin remained in ICU and later was discharged from the unit on Feb. 1st. From there, he was sent directly to a rehabilitation center to stay and gain physical therapy until he is able to fully recover. Valentin, has a beautiful wife who has dedicated her time to stay with him daily to ensure he is making progress everyday. Valentin is also a father to four beautiful children, he is a grandfather, an uncle, and a very strong worker. He has dedicated his life to his family and his job. Unfortunately, due to working for a private company. His time off to recover is not going to be funded by his company and his family is going to require as much assistance and support as possible.
