Medical Expenses for Susan Rogers

Hi all! As most of you know, a few weeks ago my stepmother, Susan Rogers, was taken my ambulance to Las Cruces for surgery. She had an abscess on her abdominal muscle and blood clots in her leg. Since the surgery, she has become sepsis and is having troubles with her heart rate, potassium levels and getting the infection under control among other things. She had to have a second surgery to drain the abscess again this week.

After some scans yesterday they have learned she has more abscesses in spinal muscles coming off of her L3 & L4. They also discovered an infection in her L4 vertebrae. A specialist was called in to read the MRI and he suggested moving to a bigger hospital but they are all full and no one would take her because of no insurance.

The specialist said he didn't want to do another surgery for fear of Meningitis.

I'm hoping to raise some money to help them cover some of the medical bills that will no doubt start to pile up.

I know with the Holidays money can be tight, but if you can help I know that they would be forever grateful!
