Please Share .. The Son was taken to urgent care and tested positive for influenza b. After seven days of 101-103 temps, he was taken again. This time they sent him to Nationwide Children’s Hospital ER where he was admitted and found to have a sinus infection so bad that he had surgery this past Sunday to clean his sinuses as well as discovering strep is in his blood stream which has caused inflammation through out his body. During an MRI they found an abscess near his brain that if the IV antibiotics do not resolve it, they will have to open him up. They are self employed and have no insurance and he has to go home with a pic line for continued IV antibiotics for several weeks. They believe in the power of prayer and God have blessed them with several other medical issues that has been resolved along with family paying for meals, caring for the other children, friends sending money for meals as well as providing child care in their home. Their medical costs are unknown since there is definitely going to be follow-up appointments as well as a second MRI. If these funds end up not being needed they will give the remaining funds to another organization. Any help or shares are appreciated!
