Medical Expenses for the Finau Family

As many of you know, Militoni Finau was flown to Anchorage on February 26 for a medical emergency. After talking with Toa, it sounds like they will have to be spending a significant amount of time in Anchorage, possibly several months. Militoni will be receiving dialysis treatments for an unforeseen amount of time starting tomorrow. This treatment requires Militoni to stay in Anchorage. Toa will be unable to work during this time, and as the only income for the family, will undoubtedly be facing more financial hardship in the days to come.

On top of the income that the family will lose in the coming months, Toa was flown to Anchorage with pneumonia last month and has had to miss work due to her health since then. This money will help to pay medical and living expenses.
