Medical Expenses for Vance Scott

Hi- this is Kira, Vance’s oldest daughter.

11/03/2022- doctors confirmed that my dad has a tumor in his throat, and while biopsy results are still pending, they are 99.99% sure it is cancer and are already scheduling scans, chemo and radiation. We are praying for this “certain cancer” that has a great survival rate, but he is still looking at chemo and radiation 5x a week for 6 weeks. While the future is uncertain, we do know that it is going to be a long, hard road physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

If you know my dad, you know that he doesn’t ask for help but is always the first to offer it. He’s stubborn and simply “does not have time for this.” Unfortunately, bills do not stop and medical expenses just keep growing. Anything helps.

I will update this post as we learn more, but please keep my dad and our family in your thoughts and prayers. There are still many boats to race, deer to hunt & grand babies to spoil.
