medical expenses, traveling, etc

hi, my name is Lacey. I’m a good friend of Katie’s. Katie & Scott we’re due in December with a baby boy.

they named him Kayden Ellis Walker. he was born on 11/24/2021. After he was born he gave his mommy and daddy a scare and needed to be put on oxygen and then transferred to Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo. he has what is called Respiratory Distress Syndrome which is a breathing disorder in newborns caused by immature lungs. He was put on a ventilator to reduce the extensive stress that his body was under caused by his lungs not working to full capacity yet. His parents Katie and Scott are staying at the hospital with Kayden. They have been traveling back to Limestone because they have 3 other children a 6 year old son and a 4 and 2 year old daughters. as you can imagine , the walker family is in a stressful situation right now. we are asking for any help they can receive so they can be with all of their children. No amount is too small and any amount will make a huge impact. but most importantly please say a prayer for Kayden.
