Medical fund to fix my face

This is an emergency medical fundraiser for me -  Christopher Carr (founder of BK WILDLIFE).  I am raising funds to fix my face; I was in a bike accident on February 2, 2017, leading to broken teeth, abrasions, lacerations and possible concussion.    The fundraising has oocured in two phases

Phase 1
I am raising funds to cover the costs of the following procedures:  

1. Teeth extraction under sedation .
2.  trip to the hospital so that I can get a CT scan or they can confirm that I do not have any head trauma, broken bones or clotting issues.
3.  Root canal and crown on broken tooth that was not removed.
4.  Purchase of a bridge or temporary denture.  

Total cost of phase 1 is closer to $2500 but if I can raise $2000 I will be able to complete this first round of procedures.

Phase 2 of procedures will cost anywhere from $5,000 - $10,000 depending on the quality of work.

Now that I have completed this first round of fundraising I will continue raising funds to cover the costs of potential permanant solutions such as implants or permanently fixed dentures.

I have been an artist for the past 8 years in Brooklyn and have not had health insurance this entire time.  I have been lucky to never need it.  This accident has thrown my financial situation into utter chaos as well has totally scared the hell out of me in terms of my own mortality and how life changes in the blink of an eye.  If you are not able to contribute financially; your thoughts, prayers, and good vibes are invaluable.
