Medical Fundraiser for Alex Ligairi’s Urgent Brain Surgery

I’m sharing this message on behalf of my sister Allyson Kacunisawana and Jerry Ligairi, the parents of Alex Ligairi - a bright and strong 13year-old boy who is currently fighting for his life.

On March 29th, Alex suffered a ruptured Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) - a rare and life-threatening condition in the brain that caused a serious hemorrhage. He is now in CWM Pediatric Intensive Care, undergoing ongoing treatment.

Alex’s condition remains critical. He has already undergone multiple operations to relieve pressure from his brain, and he continues to be closely monitored by his doctors.

As many of you have seen from Jerry’s Facebook post, the Vodafone M-PAISA platform has reached its limit, so we’ve created a GoFundMe page to help continue raising funds for Alex’s treatment and recovery.
