The family who he is with is unable to provide for him, we have received permission to care for this lovely creature. About Berny:

Age: Elderly (around 40 years old, I was just told by the lady who knows him that he is actually 50 years old! )

Situation: Berny's hooves need trimming and are causing him significant pain, and he urgently needs professional care. We have no funds for this.

Temperament: Sweet, gentle, and loves the company of other animals and children
