Medical help for injured stray cat

I've been feeding this stray/feral cat for about 3 years where I live. Someone must have abandoned him when they moved. He wouldn't even look at me when I first saw him. Eventually, about a year later, he started coming closer and now he meows to eat and just started letting me pet him. He showed up the other day with a huge abscess on his face, today it was bloody and discharging. He needs medical help and also to be neutered.

Randee, a volunteer with the rescue Stray Cat Blues, Inc. has taken him in and will be caring for him and getting him the medical help he needs. Any donations will go to cover medical bills or anything he needs. We hope to eventually find him a foster home then permanent loving forever home. He's a sweet soul that is just so scared right now.

Randee is also planning on building a TNR barn on her property for taking in more cats that need help.
