Need help to sending my mother's body,medicl bill

My mother was visiting me in Canada on a tourist visa when she fell sick with breathing problem and pain in the chest. She was rushed immeditaely to the hospital and given the best treatment by doctors that they could but sadly she passed away on October 9th due to heart failure and her lungs collapased. The medical insurance does not cover her medical bills so have to pay hospital bills and want to send her body backhome. I am alone here in Canada, me and my family(in India) have exhausted our savings and resources to cover her medical expenses.
