Medical Mission in the Dominican Republic

Hey everyone!

My name is Jharasy Jimenez and I am a medical student in the Dominican Republic.

I am currently coordinating a medical mission to take place on December 3rd, 2022. This medical mission is in a rural and underdeveloped region in the Dominican Republic where health resources are scarce. In this medical mission, we are estimated to see approximately 400 people (children and adults). The intended goal of this outreach project is to provide free primary health care services, medication and personal hygiene products to this local community.

Currently, we have been very fortunate to have the support of doctors and medical staff who volunteer their time and help allocate some medications to help these communities. In addition, we have student donations as a way to serve these communities. However our resources are limited.

We need your help and hope you can help support this cause. All proceeds will go directly towards the funding of this medical mission!
