Hi! My name is Arthur Cortez I’m from San Marcos, TX. On June 5th, 2023 , I suffered an aneurysm and was hospitalized for a week and have been out of work. I am struggling and need help to be able to get physical therapy, speech therapy medications and living expenses. I do not have insurance unfortunately.
