Medical Recovery for Jim Thill

Hi, My name is Trisha Nelson and I am setting up the go fund me for my brother-in-law Jim Thill. On, June 14th Jim fell 25' while he was setting trusses and the board below him gave away. He fractured his back in 2 places. He is unable to see a spine doctor until July 14 and hoping to get a peer call sooner as he needs a brace ASAP. Right now the doctor is estimating recovery at least 6-8 more weeks.

Jim is an independent contractor so there is no workers compensation benefits and no disability benefits to help with wages from time lost from work and the liability insurance they have is not what they thought it was. My sister is a stay at home mom that home schools their 4 girls, Jim working is the only income they have.

At this time he still cant lift, bend, twist or drive and he injured his dominant arm in the fall and at this time is unable to be left alone as he is unable to do very much for himself.

Any donations to this Go fund me account will go towards normal monthly bills as well medial bills.
