Medical treatment for Kidney failure

Hello, My name is Mikiyas Medhanie, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my story. I’m a 16 year old who has faced some challenges in my young life. I was raised as an orphan. I found solace and purpose in excelling at school, until three years ago when kidney failure abruptly halted my dreams. The pain I endure is not just physical; it's a constant reminder of the dreams that slipped away and the uncertain future that lies ahead. My body deteriorates at a rapid rate, leaving me feeling like I'm burning from the inside out. Despite these hardships, I refuse to give up hope.

My doctor has made it clear that a kidney transplant is my only chance at survival. But the cost of this life-saving procedure in Turkey is estimated to cost £40,000. I live in east africa where medical treatment is not as advanced and will need to travel to Turkey for access to the necessary medical treatment that is not available in my country for the specialized care and expertise.
