Relocation to Maine and Medexpenses

Experiencing shortness of breath for a few days in December of 2016 I decided to get checked out. The doctors promptly scheduled me for open-heart surgery and performed a quadruple bypass procedure. Though it saved my life it left me with expenses I'm not able to pay. This unfortunate situation is compounded by the fact that I am now experiencing Diabetic Retinopathy which reduces ones ability to see thus making it virtually impossible to do what I've done for a living for the last 26 years, acting. The high cost of living in Los Angeles has forced me to find a place where I can substantially reduce my monthly expenses, Peaks Island, Maine. My current goal will help payoff the expenses I've incurred due to my condition and will also pay for the relocation to Maine in November 2017.
