Medical,bills,and family

My name is shaun I recently had a massive heart attack (widowmaker) on the 25th of November I had to go back to the emergency room on the 15th of December I tried to go back to work to soon and was not a good Idea I am flat broke now I feel like crying because I'm behind on bills my kids are not really going to get a Christmas I don't know what to say other than please help I need to go to doctor for check up, meds I need help with bills and get kids presents please and thank you if you can
