Medical/Support for Jakob Cervantes

Jakob Cervantes  soon to be a senior at Albuquerque High School was critically injured on May 13th 2017. Jakob was on life support and remained critical, he has since undergone extensive medical procedures.  Jakob was recently accepted and transferred to a rehabilitation facility out of state,  where he will receive extensive care for his spinal cord injury (SCI).  His family is hoping and praying for a full recovery.

A go fund me account has been set up to help provide support to Jakob and his family for medical and travel expenses during this transition.
