Endoscopic Endonasal Surgery

As most of you know I have been in a slow but successful fight with cancer, I recently started getting more common seizures and bloody noses. I found out I have a small CSF( Cerebral Spinal Fluid ) leak that was caused by a new tumor growing at a fairly rapid rate.

I was able to sit down with my doctor and figure out a loose road map ahead of me, scheduling a biopsy to determine if it is benign or malignant, as well as keeping an eye on the growth to see what needs to be done moving forward, be it a complex removal, a simple removal or just correcting the CSF leak.

I am a prideful person and it's been hard to ask for help in the past and this is no different, but in the past I have just hunkered down and dealt with things on my own, without help and I cannot do that to myself again.

Thankfully due to the location of the tumor any work that needs to be done can be done through endoscopic endonasal surgery. After applying for some grants, and getting two and being denied for a few others I am staring down the barrel of an estimated 18,000.00 on top of everything else I’ve been paying down.

So I am hoping for anything that anyone can spare, every cent helps in getting this sorted out. Even if you can’t put up any cash, I’d love to hear from you guys just for some support.

Recently I got approved for a grant which covers a good chunk, so I have lowered the goal amount.
