Meds and moving funds

Hi! I'm Cassie, a trans woman in the southern US. I've unfortunately run into issues with unemployment and am in danger of losing my access to HRT, and have a big move to Chicago coming up in late August/early September that I've been unable to save up for. Combined with the struggles of being trans in the Bible Belt, type 1 diabetes, and mental health issues; it's been rough. Any help affording my move to a safer area and to help me afford meds would be wonderful.
