This giving season, we’re asking you to play a vital role in continuing to make healing possible and ensure people have access to mental health care. Your support has the power to directly create financial assistance for therapy. Your generosity turns a story of despair into one of hope and healing.

When we raise $10,000 we will cover the therapy bill for ten people currently on our waitlist. This provides 12 sessions per person with 120 hours of therapy covered. Together, we can ensure everyone knows hope is real and that any person in need is met with the help they deserve.

To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
