Megan and Joe Burgess medical expenses

Donation protected
Our fire family needs your help. Joe and Megan Burgess were on their way home from Yakima on Saturday when they were in a devastating car accident on Satus Pass. Megan is the daughter of Assistant Fire Chief Todd Kindler who has been with the department since 1994. Both Megan and Joe were Lifeflighted to separate hospitals with life-threatening injuries. Megan has already had multiple surgeries and will have more to come. The hospital thinks it will be several months before Megan can even go home and they both have a long road to recovery. We are asking for your help for this amazing family, who gives so much to the community and has been forever changed by this tragic event. Anything donated will go to help cover medical expenses as well as to help with travel expenses for their families to be with them at the hospital. Please donate whatever you can and keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Donations can also be dropped off or mailed to Rural 7 Fire at 327 W Brooks St Goldendale, WA 98620. Please make checks payable to Joe or Megan Burgess.
