Megan Apachee’s Funeral

On Friday, June 12th, we lost our beautiful daughter/sister Megan Nicole Apachee.
Megan had a strong connection with people and animals, she was a natural caregiver. She not only cared for her own family but for other families as well. She’s loved many people and showed affection to even strangers. Megan had a deep appreciation of the world and her culture. She enjoyed being outdoors and singing peyote songs. Megan is a good-natured and well-disciplined person, not being afraid to express herself. She was always an independent person and a strong role model for countless people.
Due to recent events with covid-19 the funeral service will only be restricted to close family members. But to celebrate Megan’s life we will be holding a candlelight vigil. We will update with more details soon.
At this time we would like to keep details of Megan’s passing to the minimum. Since her passing was so sudden, we are not prepared for the cost of a funeral. We would like to give Megan the memorial she deserves. Please consider donating what you can. All money donated will be used for Megan’s service. Our family appreciates any help you can give.
