Megan Fortney's Kidney Transplant

Two years ago my daughter, Megan was diagnosed with stage four kidney failure. We are raising funds to cover her deductible and copay for a kidney transplant that her doctor would like to get done before the end of summer this year (2017). Megan is in her early thirties. Her chronic illness so far has caused many complications in her health including hypertension, parathyroid issues, anemia, osteodystrophy,  bone and joint pain, etc. Many of these issues will be alleviated with a kidney transplant. Megan works forty hour weeks, which is extremely tiring  in her condition, and most of her income is spent on medical debt and the many prescriptions she takes, as well as her doctor and lab visits. Her insurance covers most but not all of these expenses. 

A kidney transplant for Megan would mean another chance at a healthy and longer life. 

How grateful we would be to be able to get this step in her treatment completed. It won't be the end of her treatments, but its a great start. Thanks to all who find it in their hearts to help, not only Megan but everyone else in need. It is very much appreciated.
