Megan Got Tricked

So my wonderful sweet Megan has had some tough luck with her car situation. She had gotten another car and was happy with it and then she found herself getting rear ended on the highway near Atlanta. She got insurance money and started looking again for something she could afford. She found something and it looked like a good long lasting car. She got it on Facebook Marketplace. But here's where the tricky part started. She spent her insurance money plus some additional cash on this from a private seller. And now her and I have learned a new term which is "title jumping". And the seller has disappeared.
She is now having to get inspections and something called a Title Bond plus then going to the state for the registration, tax and tag. I'm here for her s much as I can be, but was wondering whether anyone might be up for pitching in 5, 10 or 20 bucks just to help get her over the hump.
No pressure if not, she'll make it ok and would never ask. She has no idea I'm even doing so.
