Suddenly on Thursday December 16 Megan passed away at the young age of 34.

Meg was well known and loved for her kind and giving heart. As everyone can imagine her family was not prepared for such a tragic and unexpected loss.

Megan was known around the neighborhood by many as a loyal friend. When Meg loved, she loved hard, and she always wore her heart on her sleeve. Once you were a friend you immediately became family.

She is survived by her 2 remaining sisters Erin (Gary Gustafson) and Loren (Joey Jurkofsky), The Yancer Family, nieces, nephews, great babies, cousins and friends. Megan was preceded in death by her parents John & Grace Meyers, and sister Valerie Gilmore. People always say Meg had a heart of gold and she really did, when she was up everyone around her was too.

We have created this fundraiser to help her family with Megan’s final expenses, and a Memorial Service at McBride Funeral Home. Although we understand this is the holiday season any and all donations are appreciated on behalf of the Meyers & Yancer Families.
