Megan Wiedmeier Support Fund

Have you ever met someone and knew instantly that they were going to be a special part of your life? Have you ever been friends with someone who has touched your life in more ways than you can count?
I know you have because you’re reading this page. Megan Wiedmeier is one of those one-of-a-kind people. Her soft demeanor, her loving heart, and her kind words have touched all of our lives. Now it’s time for you to touch her life.
Megan was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer, for which there is no cure. With this type of cancer, treatment options are limited.
Megan and her family have been hit hard this past year. Her mom having a stroke at her son’s wedding and her dad having heart surgery over the summer. Megan was also forced to resign her position at Ada West School district due to her unexpected illness. A job that she’d been waiting a lifetime to have, one that would have honed in on her speech pathology skills to help young adults and children fight through the troubles of speech impediments.
I’m asking for your help on their behalf and to give to this fund instead of sending gift cards, so they can best determine where the money needs to be spent, and take a trip this March over Spring Break to the Oregon Coast as a family. It’s a way for you to express your love to this wonderful family during this time of need. They will be forever grateful for your outpouring of generosity.
