Film Synopsis:

In 'Me: JKF, You: ICN,' we follow Ina, a determined flight attendant on a mission to return to Korea on National Children’s Day. Her journey, however, takes an unexpected turn as she confronts a buried past—a secret that her brother, the very person she was meant to celebrate, was also the source of her deepest pain. This film is an intimate exploration of trauma, resilience, and the quest for a new beginning

Director’s Personal Note:

I’m Jiyeon Kim, and I made this film as part of my own journey toward healing. The question, ‘What brought you so far from home?’ led me to confront my past. Sharing my truth has been liberating, and I want to give a voice to all those silenced by trauma. Your support means everything—it helps turn a painful past into a future of hope and recovery.

We've just finished our 2024 November shooting and are planning for the completed film in May 2025.

As Ina the main character is a flight attendant, we are hoping to get a plane set and airport location fee from this fund.
