Mel has a brain tumour please help us help her

Hi everyone,

I am reaching out to seek help for our sister Liss known to most as Mel !

Some of you would know Mel from around Wellington at Woolworths and more recently helping the community through her work at VERTO.

Mel is our sister and friend she has devoted her life to help her family and friends and is selfless in all she does. Mel is a very private person hence no photo but always willing to help others.

Mel has been working hard to support herself when about 5 months ago she began to have debilitating headaches and problems with her vision!

For months she was attending doctors having to take time off work due to vision problems and suffering extreme neurological symptoms .

It has taken 4 months for her to get a diagnosis of a brain tumour and with exhausted leave at work she has to keep pushing through at work until her surgery in March!

Please help us help Mel so she can get some rest and not have to worry about financial pressures before and after her surgery in March which has a minimum 3 month recovery period.

Any help no matter how small would be greatly appreciated .
