Melanie is one of the sweetest, loving unselfish people that I have ever known. Given the strength required during a long recovery I am hoping that we can all help ease the stress and pain from our end by helping with the enormous costs accompanying an organ transplant. I have never done this before but Melanie is a very special friend to me and I know so many and wish to do something to show our love and gratitude for her kindness and friendship.
