Melanie Kaye Colabella

My name is Kathryn and I am one of Melanie’s two daughters. Although we do not want to ask for help, I feel like we need it. Our mother, Melanie Colabella, unexpectedly passed away on August 28th and we were unfortunately not prepared for the extra costs. Shelby (my sister) and I both are having to take time off from our jobs to get all of our mom’s things in order -and we are not getting paid for our absence. Our grandmother Kathy Villines and my sister Shelby, have graciously covered the costs of the memorial services and I would like to try and pay them back. Also, to follow our mother’s wishes we will have to return to Florida to scatter her ashes as a family. The costs of airfare and the shipping of her memorabilia is adding up very quickly. I know a lot of people have asked if they could do anything to help and honestly what would really help is some donations. It is really hard for any of us to ask for help during this time, but we would appreciate anything you are willing to donate.
