Meli takes Hawaii

Have you ever felt like God was telling you to J U S T G O? Regardless of whether or not it made sense, or if it scared you a bit because it might be outside of your comfort zone, or maybe even because you felt completely blind-sided to this wild, but such cool opportunity?  Because that's where I'm at right now in life. 

Never would of thought I would be saying this one day, but I'll be moving to Hawaii for 3 months this September!!!!!!! I can't really wrap my head around it, but it's happening and I am experiencing all.of.the.emotions. all along the way.  

I'll be working with an amazing nonprofit organization called Surfing the Nations on the island Oahu. They're all about selfless service and pouring back into the lives of the people around them; by meeting their needs & changing their lives. During my time out there, I will hopefully be getting some creative experience along the way, but really just helping wherever help is needed, serving in the best way I know how. I already know this is going to be a comfort strecthing season in my life and I'm so pumped to see how the Lord molds me in my time in the middle of the Pacific.  

Just for some extra deets, I'll be doing full time work without being paid, hence why I started this Go Fund Me page. So any and all donations are truly, from the bottom.of.my.very.heart., so so appreciated. If you can't/don't want to give money, a great alternative would be prayers to the good Lord above as I look ahead to this new adventure that awaits me this fall.
