Melinda Alexander Gurley

April 26th, 2023 my mom was tragically hit by a drunk driver speeding through a red light. Today she was declared brain dead. Melinda will be donating her organs and saving lives, which is what she would have wanted. Melinda was a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter. She had the brightest personality. Melinda would give someone the clothes off her back. I am trying to raise funds to help my family with memorial service fees and bereavement expenses. We are so grateful for all the thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, May 7th at 2 PM from the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Hendersonville. Interment will follow the service at Beech Cemetery in Hendersonville. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 7th from 11:00 AM until time of service at 2 PM.
