Melinda R. Walls Homegoing

Hello family and friends. On January 14, 2022 Auntie Mel (Melinda R. Walls ) was called home unexpectedly at the age of 57 in Las Vegas, NV. 

Shortly after having the pleasure of spending Christmas, New Years and her 57th birthday with her nieces & nephews, she became ill and her health deteriorated quickly.

On January 10, 2022 she begin having a hard time breathing. This continued for 4 days. On the 14th of January her Nephew made the decision that she could not continue on in this condition. He attempted to carry her to the car with help from a neighbor as he was on the phone with 911. By the time he could make it to the car she became unresponsive and had been waiting on emergency responders for 15mins. Several calls were made back to 911 pleading for help. They eventually walked him through CPR, unfortunately this was not enough and it would be too late. While Melinda passed away just in front of her home she was rushed to a near by hospital and pronounced deceased. 

This is just the beginning of a long hard recovery for those who knew her best. Melinda served as a back bone for her family & was willing to help everyone around her. She impacted everyone's life she entered and is loved by many. Words cannot describe how distraught her family and friends are during this difficult time. She filled more voids than one can imagine. She was everything anyone needed her to be without question.

Melinda's wishes are to be buried at Home in California. To honor her wishes, she must be transported from Nevada back to California which is costly to do. The funds received will be used to give Melinda a proper celebration of life and to help with all of the unexpected expenses. 

She dedicated her life to caring for those she loved. Please help the family of Melinda Walls lay her down to Rest In Peace.
