Melissa Ann Mears

On 12/6/23 we unexpectedly lost our mother Melissa Mears (Laurin) due to ongoing medical issues she was battling. This was a devastating and tragic event to her family and loved ones. Melissa was 50 years old, and will live on through her four children: Taylor, Jada, Joseph & Guiliana.

Melissa was a happy-go-lucky, quirky, beautiful person who was passionate about all that she accomplished. Melissa had recently moved to Waterbury, CT into her own condo and was setting her place up for herself and her children and grandchildren to have visits & stay over. She was dedicated to healing herself and becoming an active loving grandmother in our children's lives. As we work through this difficult time, we remember Melissa for the beautiful, kind, loving soul she was.

It is always so crushing to lose a loved one, and even more difficult to fund the proper services for an unexpected loss.
