Melissa Anne Green's Serenity for Seniors Cats
Donation protected
The rescue community and friends of Melissa Anne Green, founder of Serenity for Seniors Cat Rescue Project non-profit in Camden, TN, are working together to find permanent placement for the 27 cats in her care at the time of her untimely passing. Many of her cats are special needs, with diabetes, kidney disease, and hospice seniors. We currently have out-of-state rescue placement for approximately half of them once released from the local animal control, and vet paperwork/transport arrangements can be made. We desperately need and appreciate your support; this unexpected tragedy has put even more stress on rescuers already busting at the seams while working remotely, not being local to the rural location of her non-profit.
To be clear, this fundraiser is desperately needed because we are unable to access Melissa's SFSCRP accounts. Excess funds beyond the needs of the cats, we hope to put towards her final arrangements as she has no next of kin overseeing this personal matter.
Thank you again for your generosity and support,
All of the Friends of Serenity for Seniors Cat Project
