Melissa & Bret Speer's Flooding Rebuild

Hello my name is Heather Doyle and I have started this fundraiser to help our amazing friends, Melissa & Bret Speer, after being flooded by the Linda Vista flood, that happened yesterday in Flagstaff, AZ.

There was no way to prevent or prepare for the amount of water and debris that came down their street. If you have seen the infamous “Prius Video” that has made national news, please understand they live at the top of that street… Entire stone wall barriers, across the street, were broken down by the force of the water, that ripped through their front yard. Their chain link fence caught and trapped tons of debris, causing flooding damage to the basement level of their new house. They have not even lived in this house for 30 days and are now faced with repairing what’s already been damaged, as well as planning a way to prevent this from happening again, as this is the start of our monsoon season. They are also brand new parents, and as we all are, coming out of the pandemic, that has been challenging for everyone. They need our help right now.
