Melissa Nobels Recovery

Our beloved friend Melissa has been laid low with severe symptoms of long Covid. She has been valiantly addressing her health issues with all available resources: allopathic and naturopathic medicine, counselling, and deep psychological work. Recently she became so ill that she can barely function. Even sitting up causes a sharp drop in blood pressure and a dramatic rise in heart rate. She has been diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and has been prescribed medicine that may help.

Meanwhile, she requires our support and nurture.

This fundraiser is to help with living expenses, medical treatments that are not covered by BC health services, and supplements suggested by her naturopath.

Our financial support could relieve a considerable layer of stress and allow access to treatments that have been beneficial to others with long Covid (ie hyperbaric oxygen therapy).
