Melissa's heart surgery for a ICD Implant

Hello friends and family.  In July of 2018 I got the unfortunate news that I had heart failure with left bundle branch blockage.  At that time my heart was only functioning at 15%. With medication and healthy eating my heart function has went up to 25% but that's not enough for me to be in the safe zone so next week I am having surgery to get a biventricular defibrillator put in which will help me live a longer better life.  I was just informed today that my out of pocket cost will be $2700 So I'm reaching  out to my friends and family to ask for a little help.  Any little bit  would be so appreciated.   Thank you.
