Hello. We are Renee, Jules, Vicki and Ellen, and Melita was our best friend. We are raising funds for Melita’s children Tulliah, Zack and Oliver.

Our beautiful and brave friend was diagnosed with High Grade B-cell Lymphoma, an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, in January of this year. She has spent the majority of the year being pumped with chemo as an inpatient in hospital. She suffered many infections, had to have many blood transfusions, lost all of her hair and so much weight, on her journey. She fought like an absolute warrior.

Just when she was nearing the end of treatment, 2 x Lymphoma masses were discovered.

Sadly in August she became too weak and ill to continue treatment. A decision was made to transfer her to a Hospice for end of life care.

She passed away on 30th August 2024 with family by her side.

Melita was only 48 years old and she leaves behind her beautiful children the youngest is Oliver who is only 16 years old.

We are hoping we can raise enough money to help the children settle the estate with perhaps some money left over to be split amongst them to ease some of the burden of losing their mum so young and to help them with getting on with their lives.

Melita was the most kind hearted, loving, soft spoken, gentle soul. She is going to be dearly missed by all of her friends and family, including her mum, her two brothers and her loving partner Tim.
