Foundation honoring Mellika Coffey

This past week we lost a very dear and extraordinary woman, Mellika Coffey.   We were all blessed to have Mimi touch our lives in different ways...but one thing was for certain, to know her was to love her. 

To watch her love her family, husband, six children, and countless friends was a gift.  She had a joy for life and a smile that was contagious. 

She lived her life with amazing strength and courage and did not let go of that during her battle against cancer.   

Mimi, you will never leave our hearts and we will hold close our memories...loving our families and children every day as if it were our last and realizing what a gift time is. 

You will be missed...but you will never ever be forgotten.  We love you and will keep you and your family forever in our prayers.
