I think when someone first meets Mel, they have to know and feel their goodness.
From the day we met, I know I did! Or maybe it was the fact that they looked at me and said, “Oh yeah. We’re gonna be best friends.”
We kind of just took it from there, and it’s been an adventure around every corner.
It’s crazy to think we’ve only known each other for such a short amount of time, but we constantly ask ourselves what our lives looked like before we knew each other. I personally don’t even think about that time in my life. Too dark, honestly. Less hugs and less laughs. Knowing Mel has been one of my favorite things to ever happen to me! (I’m sure y’all feel the same)
And since our friendship has continued to flourish and grow, we’ve sat through countless nights talking about life, our dreams, things we want to accomplish. One of the first things Mel mentioned to me was the dream of getting top surgery.
After a lot of manifesting and a lot of planning, that dream is finally coming true!
On February 15, 2020, that surgery is happening! But as some of you may know, top surgery comes with a high cost, a lot of rehabilitation, and a lot of down time.
I’m looking to try to raise as much money as possible so Mel is comfortable and is able to move into this new life change smoothly.
