Help with Mel Feroli's Unexpected Medical Bills

Recently, On January 25th, Mel passed out at home. This led to 911 being called. Wadley's ambulance service did an excellent job getting cpr started and getting Mel's heart to start again. She was transported to the Purcell hospital where they continued to stabilize her until she could be med flighted to Saint Anthony's in OKC. She was in the ICU for a week. The first few days of the 1st week she was on life support until her body could handle breathing on its own again. The second week she was moved to the PCU. It is still unknown just exactly what happened that night, but she now sports a pacemaker/defibrillator that should prevent this from happening again.

God truly answered the prayers of so many of Mel's family and friends resulting in Mel being here with her precious family today. She is so appreciative of the outpour of support from the Meal Train. I spoke with her today to get permission to do a Go Fund Me to help with her portion of the medical bills after insurance. The reality is, the bills are only just beginning to come in.

Mel is one of the best humans I know, and is always willing to give to anyone in need. It doesn't matter if a person needs money, food, or a even a place to live; if she can help she does with her whole heart asking for nothing in return. I have had several reach out to me asking how they can help. I think this would be an awesome thing we could do for her to help relieve some of the financial stress which in turn will give her the rest she needs to fully heal.
