Melville Rams Mental Health Round

The Melville Rams would like to raise funds to help support the delivery and education of mental well-being programs. These are delivered by ‘A stitch in time’ who focus on preventative strategies and overall well-being designed for sporting clubs.

As a way of helping the cause, club legend Peter Della Bona will be dunking himself into an ice bath to promote the event.

$500 will get him into the bath, any extra $100 raised will add a second to the time he will spend in their.
