Members of Success Village Apartments

Hi, my name is Rebecca Haas. I am raising money for the Legal Counsel for the Members of Success Village Apartments. There is a great injustice being done to the SVA Unit Owners.

Currently, the previous President has been removed from office and refuses to step down. Outrageous, right? The Membership had a Petition with 160 Signatures to get 5 members off the Board and the Vote was Unanimous to remove Ty Bird, and his friends. The Special Meeting occurred on March 11, 2023. He is still in office and is trying to discredit our Special Meeting by using outsiders that he pays to campaign for him. Outsiders are misinformed. We are tired of witnessing the abuse of power, overspending on our budget, and neglecting our Tax and Gas Bills. It seems 1 million went missing since Ty gain full autonomy of the Board back in May 2022. A Forensic Audit needs to be done. While 3 families are displaced from a tree falling on a roof, Ty is living in a Hotel Suite while his apartment is being completely remodeled. Please help us raise $30,000. so we can fight in Court.

A $10,000. retainer is needed to get this in front of a Judge. Give what you can and maybe share with your family and friends to help raise money. The situation is very grave, 924 Unit Owners may lose their homes if SVA can not support itself. Thank you for getting involved and God bless.
