Memorandum for Balderas Family

Benito Balderas Saenz (65)-- a hard worker, a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a role model, was laid to rest in peace after a short yet dreadful battle with stage four cancer.

After thorough tests and extensive treatments, the doctors concluded that nothing was helping him recover, due to the fact that the cancer was spreading too quickly from his colon, into his liver, and into his abdomen. In the end, it was just too difficult for him to breathe, but we all know he fought 'till the end with his last dying breath.

He was always so caring, so selfless for his family; always putting his wife and childrens' needs before his own. He was a hard worker-- in fact, the main source of their household income. He had a passion for soccer ever since he was young and kept playing until he turned 62. He would train high school students so they could receive scholarships for school or to join professional soccer teams. If he wasn't playing, he was always watching and cheering them on.

I believe everyone deserves proper closure-- a memorandum, so his family and friends may say goodbye, but they need your help to make that happen.

Janeth and her family will solely be responsible for the hospital bills that seem to already be racking up. A memorial will also be held in his honor, and that too, is costly.

So, please, I ask kindly that you help the Balderas family in any way possible. Any contribution made will be greatly and equally appreciated. And if you cannot contribute, please share this and spread the word.
