After fighting hard for nearly a week in the hospital, with his family by his side, Tommy was removed from life-supportive medical equipment and went into eternal sleep on 7-11-19 due to complications from diabetes, including loss of cardiac and neurological functions.
Tommy is survived by his 21-year old daughter, Alexis, his parents, Tom and Barbara, his ex-wife Laura, and an abundance of extended family and friends.
