Memorial and Cremation for Aimee Peterson

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am assisting Christina Peterson during this difficult time..

On July 26th 2023 we lost our beloved Aimee. Donations are to fund her cremation and give her a memorial so that her family and friends can grieve together and come together to support one another through this extremely difficult time.

Aimee had an unfortunate, rough past year, in which she was a victim of domestic violence that ultimately lead to her addiction to alcohol. Aimee put up a good fight and was on the path to overcoming that addiction when she unexpectedly passed away at home.

Aimee was a loving, thoughtful, selfless person that would do anything for the ones she loved. She had a very deep love for her family (close friends as well), she always said family is everything. Aimee and her mother had an unbreakable bond, they were best friends and her mother was her backbone through so many ups and downs in Aimee's life and vise versa. Aimee knew she could always count on both of her brothers for anything and took pride in being there for them anytime they needed their little sister. Aimee did everything she could to be the best role model for her 3 nieces who absolutely adored her, have always looked up to her, and would run to her for advice often!

With the struggles from the past year, a lot of time, effort and financial support was put into getting Aimee out of the domestic situation she was in, making sure she had support and getting her back on her feet, not leaving the family prepared for the overwhelming costs of her departure. In the last 20+ years that I have been a part of this family, the only people they rely on is each other, rarely asking for outside help until now, in which we humbly ask for support and generosity from anybody who is able. Aimee's untimely departure from our world has left us with the question of "why?" and "how?". There is an emptiness I know is felt by everyone that knew her.
